TaxFlow ("we," "our," or "us") operates tax.flowingpulse.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our invoice and tax compliance platform.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password.
Invoice Data: We store invoices you create, including vendor details, amounts, and tax information. This data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS).
OCR Scans: If you use our invoice scanner (OCR), uploaded images are processed to extract invoice details. Images are not permanently stored after processing.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized analytics to improve our service.
Payment Information: Payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the TaxFlow service, including generating invoices, processing OCR scans, and providing tax form assistance.
Your invoice data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time to remove all associated data.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
We use Supabase for authentication and database, Vercel for hosting, and PayPal for payment processing. Each service has its own privacy policy.

TaxFlow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.
